What do I find on front page of The Globe and Mail today?
"Stephen Harper says that the Supreme Court of Canada would refuse to interfere should a Conservative government craft a law upholding the traditional definition of marriage."
What else does this piece of excrement say?
"Mr. Harper said later that he's not opposed to using the notwithstanding clause to override court decisions..."
"Civil union legislation can recognize all kinds of non-traditional relationships, but I think marriage is marriage."
So, Stephen Harper is happy to dump the gay & lesbian citizens of this country into an Uncle Tom ghetto of separate-but-equal? Does this vile turd think it's 1951 Mississippi? I can't believe that anyone in the 21st century would still spout such unmitigated garbage!
But the fun doesn't stop there, ladies and gentlemen. Be warned, women of Canada: this lying, misogynistic neanderthal wants to take away the control you have over your bodies. He denies repeatedly that he will ever table an abortion law as head of a Conservative government...
...only to reveal himself as a two-faced jackal last night on The National, which showcased him on a radio talk show, in which he suggested that he may simply hold off tabling such a law during his FIRST mandate! Hang on to your biological functions, ladies! Soon, you will be lining up to talk to your government appointed counselor, who will do his best (and let's be honest, it WILL be a man!) to brainwash you, in a manner familiar to all autocratic governments. Orwell would be proud.
