You know, I shouldn't be so happy over THIS DVD release (June 29th)....but considering my warm childhood memories, I'm seriously going to buy this set. :-) It's a camp classic! It's classic TV! Actually, it's also a rather neat look at 1940s U.S. attitudes and ideas of feminism. So many reasons that it's popular...
...and, yes...I CAN sing most of the theme song from memory! Yes, that's right...laugh...I DON'T CARE! :-)
If I have to be a geek, then dammit, I'm going to be a renaissance geek!
Speaking of which, I've just discovered ANOTHER DVD release (August 3rd) that's going to make me very very happy (yes, it's the one in the picture to the left). Let's just say that, when I was a kid, I really, really, really wanted the car from this show... :-)
