It’s come down to Ohio, as people expected. John Kerry has yet to concede defeat, but it’s pretty much over. George W. Bush remains the oligarchic dictator of the United States of America.
I’d just like to thank the people who have made this election victory possible.
Thank you, freaky evangelical Christians of America. Your bigoted, right-wing, prejudicial beliefs…which somehow failed to die with the middle ages…now reign supreme in American government. Congratulations.
Thank you, unintelligent, uneducated rubes, who believe the claim that Iraq had something to do with 9/11, and have supported Bushie Junior in his imperial march across the Middle East. Congratulations.
Thank you, paranoid Republicans of America. You supported a man who has framed the war on terror in as overblown a manner possible…and who now uses this terror as an excuse to limit the rights and freedoms of citizens across the country. All I can say is that, somewhere in heaven, Abraham Lincoln — the beacon of what it once meant to be a Republican — is weeping.
