Tthe Vatican is up in arms over the new celebrity nativity waxwork exhibit at Madame Tussaud’s museum in London. It features David Beckham and Posh Spice as Joseph & Mary; Samuel L. Jackson, Hugh Grant & Graham Norton as the shepherds; George W. Bush, Tony Blair & Prince Philip as the Wise Men (yes yes, you can laugh at that one…).
Judging from the picture, it’s shocking, fascinating, very grand guinol…and I love it to bits! It’s a farcial delight, and I have posted it here so that you too can enjoy it…and smirk.
As for you uptight religious anal-retentives out there…go have a drink and get over yourselves!
