Last night, a Conservative motion to kill the controversial same-sex legislation failed.
Bigotry was once more stopped at the gates of sanity. The hate-fueling, disingenious anti-Christ known as Stephen Harper once again failed to derail legislation that should have been passed long ago.
Unfortunately, the ridiculousness surrounding the Gomery Commission, combined with the Liberal drop in the polls, could mean a snap election that will not only kill this bill, but many others in this Parliament…including the bill to give Newfoundland and Nova Scotia their new royalty monies from off-shore oil drilling.
I shall pray that Stephen Harper continues to wake up every morning and forget that he’s a homophobic, opportunistic moron…
Oh…and I have a message to the 34 Liberals who voted with the Conservatives on their bigoted motion: you are all fearful scum, and don’t deserve the label of “Liberal”.
