Scar Tissue

It would seem that Hurricane Rita still has the potential to be a rare Category-5 hurricane hit on the United States. It is approaching a deep trench of warm water that could give its giant engine of destruction a large boost. In fact, there are new trenches and eddies all over the Gulf — scar tissue created by Hurricane Katrina, which is now contributing to the threat of Rita.

This is all looking very, very unfortunate for Texas…
