You were an amazing, outstanding, stupendous Governor-General. Your brought a new sense of regal purpose to the office, and you promoted Canada & Canadian culture in a way few others have done before. Anyone who can charm both Russian President Vladimir Putin and the grumpy top brass of the Canadian military is obviously doing something right.
As far as I’m concerned, you could stay as Head of State until the crack of doom…if only to piss off the redneck s.o.b.’s (and you know who you are) of this otherwise glorious country of ours. 
You’ll be sorely missed. Michaelle Jean has very large shoes to fill…
