So long, election...see ya in January!

I’m stopping all my writing about the election until January. So far, I’ve moved between bouts of rage and bouts of indifference…but it’s all mirroring the previous rants I’ve written about LAST YEAR’S election.

To be honest, I’m tired and bored of all of it. Those mind-numbing debates didn’t help matters.

So, since the campaign won’t actually mean anything until January, I shall stop writing about it until then. There will be plenty of other witty things to write about, starting with Doctor Who - The Christmas Invasion…only one week to go for that! Also, there will be parties, get-togethers, presents, and book & film reviews to keep me occupied.

Farwell, Stephen Harper — Dark Lord of the Sith. Farewell Giles Duceppe, King of the hairnets. Good bye Jack Layton, my red comrade. Syonara Paul Martin, still the Prime Minister…just. Hopefully, when the clock ticks over to 2006, I’ll begin to give a damn about all of you!
