What's the real crime here?

codebookpaper.jpg

Dan Brown, the author of the mega-hyper-hit The DaVinci Code, is currently testifying in a lawsuit that claims he stole the ideas for his plot from a 1982 book entitled Holy Blood, Holy Grail.

But is that the real reason he should be sued?

If it were up to me, I’d sue him for bad writing. The DaVinci Code remains an info-dump thriller written with all the subtlety of an over-zealous 16-year-old! What are the damage costs that should be awarded to those of us who sped through this book, eyes glazing over?

Well, there’s always the up-coming film version

SHUDDER!
