It would seem that some students at my school were miffed that I blogged about a previous play, and not their award-winning Sears Drama Festival production called The Comedia of Errors. Therefore, I will oblige by writing a blog review…
…but, in the style of a Grade 4 student’s report for their teacher…just cause I’m feeling a bit naughty. 
THE COMEDIA OF ERRORS
I went to see a play called The Comedia of Errors. It was lots of fun. It was even more fun because I got to stay up past my bed time!
Someone said the drama class wrote it together. That seems really nice. I can’t do that, because I don’t do well in group work. People can be stupid!
There was a man dressed as William Shakespeare. He didn’t say anything, but moved around a lot. People laughed. I hoped they weren’t laughing because he didn’t say anything. Maybe he’s a deaf person? Deaf people have trouble speaking.
All the costumes were pretty, but the girls looked nicer than the boys. Some boys wore panty hose. My daddy says I should stay away from boys like that.
The boy who played a doctor was very hyper. I wonder if he is hyper in real life? I don’t think I can be hyper, because you can get very sweaty.
I couldn’t hear the singing very well. Maybe boys don’t sing as loud as girls.
One girl pulled her sister’s hair. My mommy told me never to pull my sister’s hair. It can hurt.
That girl was very mean. I wonder if she will be grounded?
Lots of people clapped. I think they liked it.

Actually, I was rather impressed by it (can you tell? he…he…he…), and I wish them luck at the Provincial championships, to be held in Toronto during the first week of May.
Break a leg…just not more than one.
