…because I was watching what could very well be THE BEST DOCTOR WHO EPISODE SINCE 1988!!!!

Werewolves! Queen Victoria firing a gun! Leaping warrior monks! David Tennant’s (so far) best performance as the Doctor! Rose as a naked-feral child! The set up for the Torchwood spinoff! A giant moon-beam gun!
Blissful happiness!!!
Tooth and Claw was utterly fantastic! It was frightening, exciting, funny, gorgeous, thrilling…everything Doctor Who can do BETTER than virtually any other television program! It made my heart sing so loudly that it would have drowned out a live opera performance!
But I’m still not going to review it…not just yet. ;-)
After all, it won’t be on TV proper until the autumn, and I don’t want to flaunt my foreknowledge until EVERYONE is able to enjoy it at the same time.
But trust me on this…I haven’t felt this stunned, this amazed, and this deliriously happy after watching an episode since I was blown away by the first episode of Remembrance of the Daleks, back in the late 1980s. To all of you you haven’t seen this yet…the wait is going to be MORE than worth it…
As for me, I’m pulling out my disc and watching it AGAIN! :-)
