(1) April is ending with a gorgeous, warm & sunny spring day. The kind of day that helps to melt away the stress of teaching students that seem more and more vacuous with each passing year. I swear to god, there are days when I wonder if I’m preaching to the wind…luckily, spring days like today help to mitigate the feeling…just.
(2) The end of the week sees the launch of the big budget movie season…starting with Spiderman 3! The same Spiderman 3 I’m going to see this weekend, with one of my best friends and a young 9-year-old in tow. There’s nothing that makes me feel so young as to be in the company of an energetic, enthusiastic geek-in-training. 
(3) There are 73 days until my next trip to glorious, wonderful England. London is already whispering to me in my dreams…and soon, that dream will become reality once more.
Not a bad way to end a month.
