I was just watching CBC Newsworld’s live broadcast of NASA control in Houston sending the space shuttle Endeavour its wake-up call. The wake up usually starts with some music, followed by a good morning and spoken instructions…
But the music selection for today’s wake up put a big smile on my face. The song was Diane Warren’s Faith of the Heart — the version sung by Russell Watson.
As most good geeks throughout the world know (at least the one’s worth their salt), that’s the theme song to Star Trek - Enterprise. 
Just goes to show that NASA (and not Microsoft) really IS World Geek H.Q…
