They’re cute…they’re so unbelievably, adorably, make-your-eyes-bleed CUTE…that I can’t get them out of my mind!
That’s right, ladies and gentlemen…I can’t stop thinking about those damned Adipose — the cute (devastatingly cute), alien baby-fat creatures from the Doctor Who season premiere episode, Partners in Crime.
It doesn’t help that I found this ridiculously loveable picture of the one Adipose baby that decided to hop along the street with a lah-dee-dah song in his heart! Watching this could melt the heart of even the most hateful misanthropes…or burn a hole through the centre of the Earth!
Children are in love with them…the last vestiges of snow are being sacrificed to create Adpiose snowmen…even my sister is smitten, demanding one for Christmas, with wistful longing in her voice. Hell, I don’t even know if you CAN get one for Christmas…but give BBC Merchandise time, and I’m sure they’ll come through.
Watch out, Teletubbies. THIS could be the star of the next — and most mind-shredding — Doctor Who spin-off yet to come.
